The declaration and procedure liberating all children and newborns in Europe. 

The global realization, National State debt in Western society inevitably forced children and newborns to carry a burden they did not create. Imprisoned and enslaved to a reality they did not choose.

In retroactive effect countries in Europe are being brought back to the stage in which they do not hold any National debt.

An easy and simple procedure of cooperation and care for all countries in Europe. Not one drop of blood, sweat or tears have to be shed to go back to the natural state of togetherness on this continent. 

All blame, shame and guilt left behind, with the implosion of failed controlling power structures. Collectively letting go of all the State debt we got used to carry and pass on. 

A very simple guideline in which all EU countries are working together to liberate from National debt, one State after another. Instantly and without struggle or pain. Leaving the interest payment and costs of debt society behind and give back the blanc canvas for next generations to prosper and create and shape civilization freely.

It is not daydreaming to go back to where we all lived free form National debt. The conviction to collectively live in debt, in guilt, is of complete insanity and self enslavement. A religion became a nightmare, a nightmare coming to end.

We return to what has already been done.
